• No Human Review: Your invention content is processed entirely by AI systems. Our employees do not read or review your invention details.
• Access Controls: Strict access controls ensure only you can access your application data.

AI Processing

• Anthropic (Claude): AI language model for patent drafting and analysis. Your invention descriptions are sent to Anthropic for processing. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy.

Infrastructure

• Supabase: Database and authentication services
• Vercel: Web hosting
• Railway: Backend services

Payments

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You can delete your applications at any time. Upon account deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
